First of all, they have to pay attention to their phyllo dough. This is the kind of dough that they will usually need to buy from the refrigerated section of their grocery store. The phyllo dough should always be handled with care. Not just because it dries out easily, it is also very fragile. They have to work things out quickly when they are making the said dish.
