Four meals a day is supposed to be the daily meal requirement for most. But out of all the meals the first meal of the day is the most important meal of the day. Most people tend to skip this meal since they do to have the time to cook and eat any meal in the morning. There are a few ways in which one can make tasty dishes in a matter of minutes. By adding breakfast seasonings any dish can be made flavorsome and enticing.

When having your first meal of the day it is important to avoid junk food. This is because our bodies get most of its daily nutrition from this meal. This is why one must have a few open ended recipes that they can use on a regular basis. The recipes must be able to make healthy staples taste wonderful enough.

Ordering pizza can be a week end treat but you can make pizza a breakfast delight. You need not waste time making dough and sauce and the dish need not be so unhealthy. An English muffin can double as the pizza bread. The tangy sauce can be replaced by a slice of tomato and bit of salt and pepper. Slices of hardboiled egg can offer the best topping. But no pizza can be done without adding a bit of cheese.

Using sandwich spreads can boost the favor of this staple.

If you are bored of regular sandwiches and want to indulge yourself then you can make the dish richer. Layering scrambled eggs, cheese and prosciutto or ham in between two slices of bread can offer a sinful sandwich. You can make it more delectable by grilling it in a generous amount of butter.

Eggs are a staple of this meal. Most people will refuse to have this meal if there is no egg on the table. There are many ways in which you can prepare the egg. You can boil the egg either hard or soft, you can make a sunny side up, you can poach it, or you can make a nutrition laden omelet or an easy fix scramble. Either way a couple of eggs can be filling as well as healthy.

Another staple, that most nutrition experts always suggest, are fruits. There are many kinds of fruits that one can take regularly. But the idea of munching on a whole fruit can put off people. Salads are more likely to draw ones fancy. You can cut up any fruit you want and toss them in a bit of yoghurt (either favored or unflavored). This is sure to make most people want to have more fruits daily.

To make breakfast a success you must know a few recipes that play with flavors. By making the dish look, smell and taste more appetizing using breakfast seasonings you are sure to make the meal a hit. Know which produce is complimented by which seasoning if you do want to get your meal right.
